Team JJ Brush Up on Their Customer Service Skills

The team recently spent time with the wonderful staff at Learning and Skills Darlington completing a Customer Service Skills training course. They learned what makes good customer service, how to handle challenging customers, welcome customers and respond to their queries and how to stay calm & efficient during the lunch rush.

They already gave great customer service but we hoped the course would improve their confidence and take their skills to the next level. They all really enjoyed the training and both staff and customers have noticed improvements. Well done Team JJ!
